Our recruiters are organized into groups specializing in industry practices. Your recruiter will be someone who knows your industry, and can find the right people for you. Our pledge is to find you thinkers and implementers who can take your company forward.

We are organized to serve your company in four different ways:

• We can do prepaid exclusive searches for a position you have. In this type of search, a fee is agreed upon and paid for up front. In return we guarantee you results within a limited timeframe.

• We can do a contingency search. You give us a description of what you are looking for and we will provide a person to you who will be able to fill your position. When you hire the candidate no fee is paid until the individual actually begins in their position.

• We offer an “Evaluate First” program. There are times when a company is unsure of whether an applicant will fit into the position for which they are being considered. Often we can arrange for the candidate to join our staff and serve you as a consultant for a trial period. At the end of the period you can hire the candidate with no recruitment fee.

• We also offer a more effective utilization of resources and costs when it comes to meeting your hiring needs, within our area of specialization, by setting up a payment of our services on an annual basis. This will allow our clients to know going into the year what it will cost them to have Market Research talent. We would handle all searches within agreed upon parameters and make the costs of hiring predictable and less expensive in the long run. We would fill all your positions for a set cost no matter how many positions you have. The annual fee would be paid in twelve equal payments due the 1^st of each month.
