First, we can do pre-paid exclusive searches for the needs you have. In this type of search, a fee is agreed upon and a portion of the fee is paid up front. In return we guarantee you results within a limited time frame.

Second, we can do a contingency search. You give us a description of what you are looking for and will provide a person to you who will be able to fill your position. When you hire the candidate the fee will be due the day the candidate begins in their position.

Third, we offer an Evaluate First Program. There are times when a company is unsure of whether a candidate will fit into the position for which they are being considered. Often we can arrange for the candidate to join our staff and serve you as a consultant for a trial period. At the end of the period you can hire the candidate with no recruitment fee.

Fourth, Gruen & Associates, Inc. has contact, through Analytix of Greater St. Louis, a sister company, with highly qualified freelance talent who can help you on projects you have coming up.
